Oh the shine!

Supplies: Distress Ink (Spiced Marmalade, Ripe Persimmon), Spray (Mustard ColorShine by Heidi Swapp), Color Pencils, Ink (Tsukineko), Bronze Embossing Powder, Glitter fun foam leaf, Stamp Images (Leaf by and sentiment unknown).

This card had MANY UGLY phases, you know that moment your card is so bad you are tempted to toss it out! I persevered and I must say, “I WON!” I really like how the final card is. Maybe I should have taken pictures of all the many UGLY phases this card took. This card started with that embossed maple leaf that I watercolor, I have had that stamp for more than 10 years. I decided then to apply some embossing ink/powder to the brick colored leaf to add texture.
