Neapolitan Card/ Tarjeta Neapolitana

I will start w/ saying “yes, I know this is a crappy scan”  but to my defense it is 9pm and it’s either this or a crappy picture w/ flash that would wash out all colors.  I found some awesome deals w/ some American Craft papers, so you’ll see a lot of them in the upcoming months.  🙂

I really liked this one, it just looks yummy, it reminds me of the neapolitan ice cream!  Stamp is from a xmas set I got at Walmart for $1.00 (originally priced $3.49).  I think he is just adorable!  Painted w/ prisma color pencils and difused w/ baby oil.  I also used some Diamond Glaze on the leg warmers on top of the glitter pen.  Square scallops diecuts are Spellbinders and I got them from CropStop; the heart is a punch from EK-Success.
