ok, my friend vicki showed me this cool LO she did all white and red and told me it was for a new challenge that she found… well, I was playing today and ended up w/ my version of her version of the challenge LOL!!!!

ok, I keep saying that purple is not my favorite color, but I must say I use it a lot!  LOL!!!  This one is for Crop Stop’s Cricut Cuts Section of their board.  Very simple to make, wanna learn stop by Crop Stop’s board and check it out!

One more little project…

a little Project Tuesday project… it is so simple to make and I like how cute it ends up!  I used the 2Gals Scrappin’ I got TODAY in the mail!  (the ribbon is from my SnS stash!)  This little guy was cut and put together in like 15-20 mins top and I embossed and sanded edges (and that also has in account the time it took me to find the Sizzix Die cut for the leaf).

A few close ups of the little tea holder!  (btw.  I can’t believe Vicki doesn’t like tea! )  And yes, those inside envelopes are MME Surfer boy paper!

Let’s Cruise!

Hi ladies!  Sorry for the delay on posting my Pile It On! Challenge on my blog, but I have been having issues login into WordPress.  This page was done using the gorgeous and HAPPY 2 Gals Scrappin‘ June kit.  Yes, it is full of Cosmo Cricket goodness and Bazzill flowers, and even some sweet Basic Grey glazed brads.

This is sweet Bianca at Busch Gardens, she was only 20 months old but she had a blast!  She did most of the kiddie rides all by herself.

On this close up you can see how I cut out the tag to fit better the page.  I just didn’t think the bicycle that was between the “Let’s” and “Cruise” went w/ the page look.

For the Sun shape I just cut out the strip that was left out of the yellow dotted pattern paper I used for the 8.5 x11 LO.  Those colorful stripes where the backside of the yellow polka-dotted paper.

Love for Great-Grandma

I will come clean and say that I didn’t send not even one Mother’s day card or present.  I know bad bad daughter, sister, granddaughter, great-granddaughter, friend… and bad stamper!!!!  So I started to put together some cards and little care packages for the “mothers” in my life.  I am starting w/ my DH’s grandmother, this card is for her.  It is SO NOT my style, but she loves pale colors and flowers.  I am also using May 2 Gals Scrappin’ Wisteria kit.

(I am going to outline the flower on the “LOVE” to make it pop!, I just wanted to upload it to “comply” with a few challenges that are due today!)

The magnolia stamp was first painted w/ chalks ( you can see it in the flowers), but then her face was just too pale so I added some prismacolor pencils on top of the chalk.  Of course there is some Stickles on her wings too.

• Divine Diva Inspiration Challenge #4 – She had the most beautiful picture of some cool plates on her website for inspiration.  I went w/ the colors, pale blue, light green and orange (the roses on the girl’s hand)
• Going Dotty #21 @ Charisma Cardz was to use dots or circles.  I used tons of little pearl dots
• Cute Card Thursday had challenge 62 ~ bit o’ bling - I added the pearls AND the stickles

• Banana Split Sunday – May Flowers @ 2 Red Bananas – the background is a floral pattern paper but also there are the flowers the girl is holding, which I cut out so they are more like 3D coming out of the frame
