OMG… I love it!!!!! Jennifer @ Simple Scrapper… she has translated Larry Winget rules into a scrappin’ perspective… I’ll show you the top 5 but her list is really of 18 rules… so head over to Simple Scrapper Blog to read the rest…
In this post, I want to share with you Larry Winget’s 18 Guiding Principles for Satisfaction, Happiness and Productivity in Digital Scrapbooking. Please take them for both the core message and the tongue-and-cheek manner in which that were written.
- Take Responsibility. Don’t take on CT work if you’re a slacker.
- Love. If you hate it, delete it. I don’t care if you bought it just a month ago.
- Focus. Stop the chit chat and spend more time scrapping.
- Ask. No one will think you’re stupid if you ask a question.
- Keep it Simple. You’re too busy for every LO to be fine art.

Which means it is the Fresh Batch time to show up their samples w/ the new sketch at Stamps and Smiles… but it is also time to show a cricut sample for CropStop.com… so of course I Pile them On… I got “A Child’s Year” cartridge the other day and I must say… I FLIPPIN’ LOVE this cartridge!!!!! It has everything, cards, tags, awesome silhouettes and an ALPHA!!!! The following card was of course done using this cartridge; I used the card and the tag feature. (I did open the tag in the Design Studio to hide the hole so it wouldn’t cut out).

I really enjoy making freebies, so I of course jumped at the opportunity of doing a Blog Train w/ Valerie’s Team. We were to use our favorite LO using Valerie O’s kits. Mine is using Winter Wishes, I adore the color combination of these deep pinkish-purpleish color w/ grey. I hope you enjoy the template.

Two a week….

I signed up to do my friend Julie’s challenge Two a Week at Willow Traders… the first challenge this week is to have someone do your journaling or at least some writing on the LO. It took 5 tries but we got a nice “snow” out of Bianca…. yes, I went a bit eyelet crazy… LOL!!!!!
